We want you to love your BÉIS gear as much as we do, but if it's not a perfect match, we offer free returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.
Select Your Items
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, secure your items in their original box, and affix the label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
